Some products—such as EcoFlow Power Kits—ship in several boxes for safety requirements and to prevent product damage. Sometimes the boxes will arrive over several days rather than all showing up at once.
If you believe an individual product is missing parts, you may want to search completely within the packaging. Often people find items were packaged away within the box or other packaging.
