- Made-to-order products (includes roof racks)
- Cut items such as flooring, textiles, insulation, foam, and anything sold by length, including due to color-matching error (see below*)
- Any product which cannot be resold as new (aside from legitimate, documented shipping damage or confirmed defective product submitted within 30 days)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Clearance, open-box, or as-is sale items
- Renntech Tunes
- Certain electrical items (as noted in product listing)
- Suspension products (as noted in product listing)
- Any other item identified as not returnable in the product listing
