If the order hasn't shipped, we can cancel your order at no charge. Once your order is placed, we're working to ship as quickly as possible, so you may not have much time to cancel an order before it ships. Contact us ASAP to cancel before the order ships. 

Once an order ships, it is subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed (eg. floors, seating, panel kits, etc) as we are making cuts to materials for such items well before they ship.
