Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging—except in the case of damage or defect. Aside from damage or defect, we must be able to sell the item as unused product in brand-new condition. 

Some items are not returnable. See the full list here and key exclusions below:

  • Any item delivered more than 30 days ago
  • Flooring, textiles, foam, insulation, and any other cut-to-order items
  • Made-to-order products (includes roof racks)
  • Special orders
  • Any product which cannot be resold as new (aside from legitimate and documented shipping damage or confirmed defective product submitted within 30 days)
  • Any item identified as not returnable in the product listing 

Shipping & Restocking Fees

If you return an item that was correctly delivered without damage or defects to the address you provided, a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping charges will apply. We're happy to help you avoid such costs! After reading product listings carefully, don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. Let us help you get the right product, right from the start.

Initiating a Return

Our Returns Form helps you collect all the information we, our suppliers, and shipping carriers need to process a return—saving you time and unproductive back-and-forth with our team. We'll need photos of the box, the product if the box is opened, and other information. The form guides you easily through the steps. 

Once you submit the form, we will send you next steps in the return process. Do not ship an item back until you receive an email with approval and instructions.

Return Shipping

When appropriate, we will give you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and arrange for a pickup of your item. When returning items worth $75 or more, we advise using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. If your shipment is lost or damaged, we cannot credit you for returned items.

Processing of Returns 

Once received, our team will carefully inspect your return to confirm its condition and the accuracy of the information provided. This ensures your return request is processed as smoothly as possible. You will receive an email with the outcome of our review regarding return eligibility based on the condition of the item, the information submitted in your request, and the terms outlined in the Return Policy.

If your return is approved, we will promptly process your refund, deducting shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Then you should see a credit applied to your original method of payment within 1-14 days depending on processing time at your credit card or bank. To check status, first look for a pending refund on your bank or credit card account. Then you can contact your credit card company, as they may take longer to post the refund after we submit it.
