Nobody likes failures or returns, certainly not you and not us just as much. For this reason, our top-quality products rarely have manufacturing defects. However, even top manufacturers have an occasional issue, and like us, they stand behind their products. 

However, before you submit a return for a perceived defect, let's first make sure the item is truly defective and not a configuration issue. We find that many perceived defects can be corrected with a simple installation fix.
