For refunds due to damage or defect, please take plenty of photos of the damage, including close ups clearly showing the damage. Include photos of both the box it came in and the item itself. Also provide a photo of the BOL. Please include all of these photos in your email for a return.
As indicated in our Return Policy, the buyer pays shipping fees both ways for unwanted items, plus a 20% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, so please allow up to 14 days.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher priced goods. We will not be able to refund for items not returned to us due to being lost in shipping.
