If you received something that doesn't look like what you ordered, first check the label on the outside of the box and the packing slip. 

Sometimes you look back at the order confirmation email you received when you first placed your order and realize you didn't actually order what you intended. Other times your order confirmation does not match what you received, meaning we sent the wrong thing. Either way it's frustrating! 

Once you determine which occurred, you can follow these steps if you want to initiate a return. 

  • If the shipping label and packing slip info don't match your order confirmation email—first of all, we're so sorry for the mix-up! We'll make it right ASAP. Please follow these steps to get the info to us.
  • If you ordered something different than you thought, that's also frustrating, and we'll help you get it corrected as soon as we can following the terms of our Return Policy. You can follow these steps start the return process.
