Damaged ItemsUpdated 7 days ago

In our experience, shipments usually arrive in good condition. However, sometimes shipments are damaged in transit.

When receiving shipments, do not accept damaged goods! If an obviously damaged shipment is accepted, most shipping companies reject damage claims, and shipping insurance is void.

YOU MUST inspect your order and contact us immediately if you find damage, defects, missing parts, or if you receive the wrong item.
A box in good condition doesn't necessarily mean an undamaged item. Make the driver wait—they are required to—while you quickly open the box and check the product for obvious damage.

You may refuse delivery for significant damage, or if accepting delivery you must describe any damage on the bill of lading (BOL) when signing for the delivery and save all packing materials. If you do not note damage at time of delivery or if you discard the packaging, we cannot file a claim on your behalf; thus we cannot accept a return on the damaged item.

Also carriers and suppliers have a time limit on damage claims, which is why we have a 30-day limit on returns.

Follow these instructions ASAP to start the exchange process. We'll need your copy of the BOL and photos of the shipping box and of the damaged product.

Remember, returns are limited to 30 days from delivery, so you should get the process going ASAP. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can get your replacement shipment out and let you get back to your project!
