When receiving your shipments, do not accept damaged goods! Once a shipment is accepted, damage claims are no longer accepted by most shipping companies and the shipping insurance is voided.
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take pictures, but do not accept damaged goods.
